Representing the Asian continent and recognized as one of Japan’s most renowned cosplayers worldwide, Fran is a passionate artist with 28 years of experience and more than 250 costumes created since 1997.
She enjoys crafting outfits inspired by video games, anime, and manga, as well as costumes influenced by theatrical and historical designs. Fran particularly enjoys taking on creative challenges involving luxurious fabrics, baroque patterns, and traditional sewing techniques.
In 2013, Fran represented Japan at the World Cosplay Summit (WCS). Over the years, she has also served as a jury member at numerous international events, sharing her expertise in cosplay and stage performance, as well as her passion for creating highly detailed and complex costumes.
Benjamin Zafrany

Representing the European continent, Benjamin Zafrany is the visionary creator of the Extreme Cosplay Gathering (ECG). Passionate about event production and video creation, he founded the competition in 2011 with the ambition of establishing a true “Champions League” of cosplay.
Under his leadership, ECG has experienced remarkable growth, evolving from a European competition into a global circuit that now brings together 22 partner countries for Season 13 (2025).
Benjamin is widely recognized as an expert in the cosplay scene. He has accompanied and supported the French representatives at every World Cosplay Summit (WCS) final in Japan, and has also served for many years as an official WCS jury member.

Frédéric Lamarque
Representing the African continent, Frédéric Lamarque is a pioneering figure in the Mauritian cosplay scene, with more than 12 years of experience. Active since 2013, he has created over fifty complex costumes, specializing in large-scale armor builds and costume engineering.
He excels in working with EVA foam and thermoplastics to bring imposing pop culture characters to life, such as Predator, Kratos (God of War), and Spawn, combining exceptional visual accuracy with dynamic stage performances.
A three-time consecutive champion of the national Anime Next competition (2015–2017), Frédéric has brought Mauritian talent to the international stage through notable appearances at Comic Con Africa (South Africa), particularly in the Masters category.
Each year, Frédéric also serves as a jury member at several African and international events, where his expertise in cosplay and his deep knowledge of the competitive scene are widely recognized.
