Over the course of its editions, the Morocco Gaming Expo exhibition platform has established itself as much more than a showcase space. It has become a reflection of the growth of the gaming industry in Morocco, highlighting the rise of an ecosystem undergoing full development, where ideas come to life, projects take shape, and yesterday’s enthusiasts become tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, developers, and creators.
Bringing together 100 exhibitors during this third edition, the Morocco Gaming Expo 2026 showcased the richness and diversity of the national ecosystem through dedicated spaces for institutions, startups, financing operators, federations, foundations, hardware manufacturers, telecom operators, training stakeholders, as well as Cloud Gaming solution providers. This diversity reflects the commitment of the entire value chain around a shared ambition: to build a competitive and sustainable Moroccan gaming industry.
This edition also marked a turning point in the role given to startups. They no longer simply present a vision or a concept: they now unveil completed games, original universes, and intellectual properties developed in Morocco. Through creations such as Rivaldom by QasbahLabs or Cazafonia, developed by AJB Games Studio and Dizzy Gaming, they demonstrate the ability of Moroccan talents to design innovative gaming experiences, carrying cultural identity and meeting international standards.
This evolution was also embodied through the new MGE PlayTest and MGE Talks spaces, which reflect the transformation of the ecosystem. Visitors from the first editions, who came to discover the world of gaming, have now become creators, developers, and entrepreneurs presenting their own productions, allowing the public to test them and sharing their journeys. Through MGE PlayTest, they gathered feedback from players on their creations, while MGE Talks provided them with a platform to share their experiences, achievements, and challenges. This dynamic reflects the mission of the Morocco Gaming Expo: supporting the emergence of a new generation of talents and making the exhibition a true catalyst for the development of the gaming industry in Morocco.
